Shipping

We ship orders by courier within the Republic of Serbia. The delivery time is 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation. Orders confirmed on a business day before 12:00 are usually handed to the courier the same or the next business day.

• Shipping cost: 490 RSD
• The courier will call you before delivery; please leave a correct phone number.
• If you are unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery once more the next business day.

Payment

Cash on delivery - in cash to the courier when you receive the parcel. There are no hidden costs: you pay the price of the products and the 490 RSD delivery fee.

Payment cards - Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and DinaCard. Card details are entered on the secure page of Raiffeisen banka, with 3-D Secure verification (Visa Secure and Mastercard Identity Check); card numbers are never stored on our site.

All prices are shown in dinars (RSD) and every charge is made in dinars only.

Receiving your parcel

Please inspect the parcel on delivery. You have the right to refuse a visibly damaged parcel - in that case, notify us immediately at [email protected] or +381 65 20 54 710. The procedure for damage and exchanges is described on the Returns & complaints page.

Refunds

If you cancel your order, withdraw from the purchase within the statutory period of 14 days, or your complaint is accepted, we refund the amount paid within 14 days at the latest, counted from the day we receive the withdrawal statement or accept the complaint.

For card payments, the refund is made exclusively to the same card used for the purchase, in full or in part, in accordance with the card scheme rules. The seller cannot refund in cash or to a different account. The posting time depends on the card issuing bank.

For cash on delivery, the refund is made to the bank account provided by the customer.
