Shipping

We ship orders by courier within the Republic of Serbia. The delivery time is 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation. Orders confirmed on a business day before 12:00 are usually handed to the courier the same or the next business day.

Shipping cost: 490 RSD
The courier will call you before delivery; please leave a correct phone number.
If you are unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery once more the next business day.

Payment

Payment is made cash on delivery - in cash to the courier when you receive the parcel. There are no hidden costs: you pay the price of the products and the 490 RSD delivery fee.

Receiving your parcel

Please inspect the parcel on delivery. You have the right to refuse a visibly damaged parcel - in that case, notify us immediately at [email protected] or +381 65 20 54 710. The procedure for damage and exchanges is described on the Returns & complaints page.
