Terms of use

The terms of use of the ÉRIDAN website and online store govern the conditions of purchase, the rights and obligations of buyers, the ordering process, prices, delivery, complaints and all other matters relevant to the operation and use of the online store.

Beauty Bar Lis doo Beograd operates as a retail business by post and via the internet, in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia governing electronic commerce and consumer protection. These terms constitute the provisions of the contract between the seller and each buyer. The site and all its content (photographs, texts, logo, design) are owned by Beauty Bar Lis doo Beograd, and any use of the content contrary to these terms, without the written consent of the owner, is strictly prohibited.

2. Users

Purchases in the online store may be made by registered users and guests (purchase without registration). By registering, or by confirming an order, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these terms of use. When ordering, the user must provide accurate and complete information necessary for delivery.

3. Ordering

An order is created by adding products to the cart and confirming the purchase on the checkout page. After the order is received, the buyer receives a confirmation at the email address provided. The sales contract is considered concluded when the seller confirms the order. The seller reserves the right to cancel an order in the event that delivery is impossible (e.g. exhausted stock or inability to contact the buyer), of which the buyer will be informed in good time.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in dinars (RSD) and are final - Beauty Bar Lis doo is not in the VAT system, i.e. prices are shown with all applicable taxes included. The price valid on the day of ordering applies. Promotional prices apply until the promotion ends or while stocks last. The seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, whereby confirmed orders are subject to the price valid at the time of ordering. The delivery cost is shown separately, before order confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment is made cash on delivery - in cash to the courier when receiving the parcel. The buyer has no additional payment costs beyond the stated product price and the delivery cost.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made by courier within the Republic of Serbia, within 3 to 7 business days of order confirmation. The delivery cost is 490 RSD. More detailed information is available on the Shipping & payment page.

7. Withdrawal from purchase

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason, by submitting a withdrawal statement. The detailed procedure is described on the Returns & complaints page.

8. Conformity and complaints

The seller is liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract for the statutory period of two years from receipt of the goods. The buyer may lodge a complaint via email [email protected] or by phone, providing the invoice or other proof of purchase. The seller will respond to a lodged complaint within 8 days of receipt, and resolve it within 15 days of submission.

9. Use of products

ÉRIDAN cosmetic products are intended for external use. Before first use, we recommend a patch test on a small area of skin. Discontinue use in case of irritation. The ingredients of each product are listed on the packaging and on the product page.

10. Data protection

The collection and processing of personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies by the Cookie Policy.

11. Dispute resolution

Everything not regulated by these terms is subject to the regulations of the Republic of Serbia. The parties will endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably; otherwise, the court in Belgrade has jurisdiction. The buyer has the option of out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

12. Changes to the terms

The seller reserves the right to change these terms of use. The valid version is always published on this page, and orders are subject to the terms valid at the time of ordering.
